South Africa 2023 Season Schedule

 

South Africa (Springboks) has announced their 2023 season schedule. South Africa will play their inaugural match of the 2023 Rugby Championship against Australia in Pretoria in July. They will play their final match with Argentina in Johannesburg prior to the mega-event of the Rugby World Cup, which will happen in France.


Springboks will travel to Argentina to play with the Pumas, and then they will compete with Wales and the All Blacks in Rugby World Cup warm-up matches that will take place in Cardiff and London.


South Africa plays in the Castle Lager Rugby Championship opening match against Australia on July 8 at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria. Later, on July 15, 2023, they will face the All Blacks in New Zealand.


After two weeks, the Springboks travel to South Africa, where they play against the Pumas on July 29 at Emirates Airline Park in Johannesburg to finish their campaign.


The Boks will play against Australia in Pretoria for the first time since 2016, and they will play Argentina in Johannesburg for the first time since 2013. South Africa won both of those games by scores of 18-10 and 73-13, respectively.
