South Africa Rugby has announced the places for the Premier Division and First Division Currie Cup finals 2022 which will be held this weekend.

After beating the Bulls 30-19 in Pretoria Griquas reached the final, whereas Pumas surprisingly win over the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein by a score of 38-35. 

The Premier Division Currie Cup final match referee is Cwengile Jadezweni; he will be supported by Morne Ferreira and Griffin Colby. The TMO (Television Match Official) referee's name is Quinton Immelman.

On Friday 24 June 2022, Eastern Province will play against Griffons in the First Division final at 14:00 in Welkom.

Eastern Province won the Currie Cup Semifinal match against SWD with a score of 26-12, while Griffons beat Georgian outfit, Black Lion, by a score of 41-38

The match referee is Stephan Geldenhuys and the assistant referees are Paul Mente and Ruhan Meiring, Egon Seconds is a TMO booth.
