EPCR declared Challenge Cup & Heineken Champions Cup 2022 QF Fixtures

 

The Past ten competitions winners with 29 European titles are still fighting for this season's coveted silverware trophies in Marseille EPCR declared the Heineken Champions Cup and EPCR Challenge Cup quarter-final, dates, kick-off times, and broadcast coverage.


The final eight matches of the Heineken Champions Cup quarter-finals will begin on Saturday 7 May, with the Munster Rugby appearing in the quarter-finals for the 19th time and defending champions Stade Toulousain at the Aviva Stadium, whereas the most anticipated matchup between European heavyweights and current Gallagher Premiership and URC leaders, Leicester Tigers and Leinster Rugby, will take place on the same day at Marty Olly Woods Welford Road.


On Saturday 7th May the Stade Marcel-Deflandre will also host the match between 2021 finalists, Stade Rochelais, and TOP 14 front runners, Montpellier Hérault Rugby, who have reached the quarter-final stage for the first time since 2013.


The number 1 ranked club from Pool A and three-time finalists, the Racing 92 team will take on Sale Sharks at the iconic Paris La Défense Arena on Sunday, 8th May 2022.


The quarter-finals of the EPCR Challenge Cup get underway on Friday, 6 May when Gloucester Rugby meets Saracens in Kingsholm, and that all-Premiership match is followed on Saturday, 7 May by the Edinburgh Rugby VS Wasps and Lyon VS Glasgow Warriors DAM Health Stadium and Matmut Stadium de Gerland respectively.


Two-time finalists RC Toulon and London Irish complete the EPCR Challenge Cup schedule on Sunday, 8 May 2022 at the Stade Félix Mayol.
